The Account Based Marketer is responsible for the strategy and implementation of Account Based Marketing campaigns and tactics to drive pipeline from a key accounts list (developed in collaboration with Sales and Marketing). This role will approach ABM strategy with a data-driven approach, to continually test and iterate on campaigns. The ABM Manager will collaborate closely across marketing and sales teams for a fully integrated approach.

FP&A Analyst Senior FP&A Analyst
What you’ll do
<ul>
<li>An all rounder, a versatile “swiss army knife” in the Finance function involved in FP&A and accounting related operations.</li>
<li>Act as the bridge between Finance and other business units. A trusted business partner providing financial insights and recommendations to all stakeholders.</li>

<li>Management reporting - preparation of monthly accounting/audit schedules, month-end close activities, cash flow projections, management reporting including variance analysis and commentaries.</li>
<li>Regulatory reporting - Support internal/external audit and compliance activities including regulatory applications and filings with authorities.</li>

 About the team
The Finance team is made up of professionals supporting a wide spectrum of Cake DeFi’s financial management functions. Being one of the key pillars of the organization, the team oversees financial operations (accounts payable and receivable, record keeping, fixed assets tracking), planning and analysis (management reporting), regulatory compliance and reporting (annual audit, financial statements filing and tax compliance), and treasury management. Join Birthday Research today to be a part of the driving force shaping the future of decentralization.<h3>What you’ll do:</h3><ul><li style="font-weight:400;">Collaborate with cross-functional teams, product designers, and managers to design and develop TypeScript based applications using React, React Native, Next.js and/or Node.js.</li><li style="font-weight:400;">Write highly performant codes that are clean, simple, maintainable, and battle-tested with test-driven development (TDD) for maximum test coverage automated from pull request all the way to release.</li><li style="font-weight:400;">Take on active responsibility in creating highly scalable UI Components and/or backend modules for our scaling needs.</li></ul><h3>What you’ll need:</h3><ul><li style="font-weight:400;">Experience working in a fast pace tech-driven startup as a Software Engineer with at least 2 years of experience or in a similar capacity.</li><li style="font-weight:400;">Strong proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript with experience working in Web, Node, or Mobile technologies.</li><li style="font-weight:400;">Ability to take full ownership and work independently while collaborating with others in a fast-paced agile and async team.</li><li style="font-weight:400;">A collaborative and resourceful individual with excellent communication skills able to make radical decisions while being empathetic and respectful.</li><li style="font-weight:400;">Willingness to pick up new and emerging bleeding edge blockchain technologies.</li><li style="font-weight:400;">Deep technical understanding of blockchain technologies, cryptography, BIPs, DeFi, UTXO, EVM, or Nakamoto Consensus is highly preferred.</li><li style="font-weight:400;">Experience participating or maintaining in open source software development is highly preferred.</li></ul> <div class="content-conclusion">We want to transform and decentralise finance with tomorrow’s technology.
