About the role
As our Client Executive Lead, your focus will be to enhance the quality of service that we provide to our clients –mainly web3 organizations.
Your role will focus on the entire software development consulting lifecycle, from first contact to onboarding, support and retention as well as being the point of contact of the client if there’s any issue. This will involve hands-on support on project-specific matters in addition to driving improvements in our overall processes and strategies for guaranteeing a superb client experience. You’ll be in close contact with all our different clients as well as PMs and Tech Leads of each specific client project.
It’s a part-time role that we estimate will require up to 10 hr/week but could increase in the future as needed.
You are:
- Someone that feels at home taking full autonomy of your role, including
- Deciding what’s a priority, what your role should entail, and managing your own timescales and deadlines.
- Someone that feels comfortable reaching out to others to gather the information you need.
- A web3 curious
- –/+5 years experience with client experience or project management.
- Innate mediator or has high diplomatic skills.
- +5 years of experience in software development services.
- Background as an engineer is highly recommended.
Responsibilities:
- Define, communicate and enforce delivery excellence standards (Execution/ Quality Control/ Project Delivery/ KM).
- Define and manage the customer pipeline (Create, implement and monitor metrics for presales, delivery, post delivery and next step proposals)
- Develop a strategy/framework that allows dOrg to connect customer insights with technical solutions in addition to the current ongoing engagements.
- Define and implement knowledge management guidelines that allow the organization to recycle solutions and compound our learnings
