Bitcoin Depot is seeking a Telesales Representative Sales Development Representative to seek qualifying leads to help build and maintain our sales pipeline. You will use a variety of marketing strategies, including prospecting and outbound calling. Additionally, you will play a key role in our overall success by reviewing the viability of leads so that our closers can focus on making inside sales.
Bitcoin Depot is the largest Bitcoin ATM Network in the world offering users the ability to buy and sell Bitcoin at thousands of BTM and BDCheckout locations.

Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
- Gather and maintain accurate customer information and interactions in SalesForce.
- Collaborate with the sales team to set up appointments or meetings for potential customers.
- Follow up with leads in a timely manner to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Educate customers about the features, benefits, and value propositions of our products/services.
- Handle objections and address customer concerns effectively to build trust and rapport.
- Meet or exceed quotas for calls, leads generated, and qualified opportunities.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding lead quality and the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment and share best practices with colleagues.
- Continuously strive to improve sales skills, product knowledge, and overall performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (preferred)
- 6 months to 2 years of relevant business development experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage prospects, explain product features, and handle objections effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport, establish relationships, and connect with potential customers over the phone.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent, maintaining a positive attitude and motivation throughout the calls.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks, manage call volumes, and meet daily/weekly quotas.
- Familiarity with SalesForce to input and track lead information accurately.
- Ability to think on your feet, address objections, and provide solutions that align with prospect needs.
